This is the classic collegiate cheer dress done properly: crimson and white color blocking, a white waistband, and a pleated skirt built to move. It is being physically developed now.

- Approximately 12 skirt pleats
- Four-way stretch fabric
- Horsehair braid under the hem being considered to increase skirt flare

Graded sizing is planned from adult L through 3XL, with custom fitting based on body measurements.
