Cheer Through the Years is a mobile exhibit Patrick Burns is developing alongside Cheer Up Couture. It’s a cultural history project, separate from the Cheer Up Couture design collections.
What the exhibit includes
- Vintage uniforms from multiple decades, each in its own display installation.
- The stories behind them. Historic stories connected to real uniforms and the people who wore them.
- Narrated mini-documentaries playing on a loop throughout the exhibit.
- Face-through photo displays so visitors can step into a different era of cheer.
- A look inspired by classic cheer heritage, from the displays to the signage.
